Banquet Hall Damage Policy
Guests and event organizers are requested to take proper care of the banquet hall, furniture, fixtures, equipment, decorations, and other hotel property during their event.
The event organizer will be responsible for any loss, breakage, damage, staining, or misuse of hotel property caused by the organizer, guests, attendees, decorators, caterers, vendors, or other persons associated with the event.
Scope of Coverage
Any damage to tables, chairs, sofas, flooring, walls, ceilings, curtains, electrical equipment, air-conditioning systems, glass items, mirrors, decorative items, crockery, or other hotel facilities may be subject to cleaning, repair, or replacement charges.
Any damage caused during decoration or installation, including the use of nails, screws, adhesives, tapes, hooks, wires, or other materials, may also attract additional charges.
The hotel management will inspect the banquet hall after the event and determine any applicable charges based on the extent of damage and the actual cost of cleaning, repair, restoration, or replacement.
Any applicable charges must be settled by the event organizer as per the hotel's terms and conditions.
Restaurant Damage Policy
Guests are requested to take proper care of the restaurant premises, furniture, fixtures, equipment, tableware, and other hotel property while dining at Hotel SS Residency.
The customer may be responsible for any loss, breakage, damage, staining, or misuse of restaurant property caused by the customer, accompanying guests, children, or any other person associated with the dining party.
This policy may include damage to:
- Tables, Chairs & Sofas
- Crockery, Cutlery & Glassware
- Restaurant Furniture & Fixtures
- Decorative Items & Displays
- Walls, Flooring, Doors & Windows
- Electrical Equipment & Fixtures
- Air-Conditioning Equipment
- Any other hotel or restaurant property
Any broken, lost, or damaged item may be subject to cleaning, repair, restoration, or replacement charges, depending on the nature and extent of the damage.
Guests must not remove, misuse, or intentionally damage any restaurant property. Any serious or intentional damage may result in additional charges and appropriate action by hotel management.
The hotel management will assess any reported damage and determine applicable charges based on the actual or reasonable cost of cleaning, repair, or replacement.
Room Damage Policy
Guests are requested to take proper care of the hotel room, furniture, fixtures, equipment, linen, and other hotel property during their stay at Hotel SS Residency.
The guest will be responsible for any loss, breakage, damage, permanent staining, or misuse of hotel property caused by the guest, accompanying visitors, or any person staying in or visiting the room.
This policy includes, but is not limited to:
- Bed Sheets, Pillow Covers, Blankets & Towels
- Mattress, Furniture & Upholstery
- Curtains & Room Décor
- Television, Remote Control & Electrical Equipment
- Air-Conditioning Equipment
- Bathroom Fixtures & Fittings
- Mirrors, Glass Items & Decorative Items
- Room Keys / Access Cards
- Any other hotel-provided property
Any damaged, broken, lost, or permanently stained item may be subject to cleaning, repair, restoration, or replacement charges, depending on the nature and extent of the damage.
Smoking, burning items, cooking, or any activity that causes damage, excessive stains, unpleasant odors, or a fire hazard inside the room may result in additional charges.
The hotel management will inspect and assess any damage and determine applicable charges based on the actual or reasonable cost of cleaning, repair, restoration, or replacement.
Any applicable damage or replacement charges must be settled by the guest before check-out or as otherwise required by hotel management.

Information Collection & Use
We collect necessary information such as name, contact number, government identification, and payment details during room reservations or event bookings. This is used solely to facilitate your stay, verify identity, process payments, and ensure security.
Data Security
Your data is stored securely and is only accessible by authorized hotel personnel. We do not share, sell, or distribute guest details to third parties unless required by local law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
CCTV Surveillance
For safety and security purposes, public and common areas of the hotel (including lobby, corridors, restaurant, and banquet entry) are under continuous CCTV monitoring.
